Single Hung Windows

The CGI single-hung impact window is one of the latest additions to CGI’s portfolio. The single-hung hurricane window is made with heavy, commercial-grade aluminum frames, yet it has the stylish look of a traditional single-hung window.

The patented slide mechanism allows for ultra smooth operation and easy sash removal without disengaging the counter balance mechanism.

As with CGI’s impact resistant casement windows, the project-out hurricane windows offer top of the line components such as Truth Hardware, Schlegel and G. E. Silicone sealants. And, like the impact resistant casement window, this is a hurricane window that not only looks great, but is also superior to all other competitors’ products in performance, quality and value.

CGI project-out hurricane windows offer matching sightlines allowing them to be mixed and matched with other CGI impact resistant windows. As a rule of thumb, project-out hurricane windows are generally used as complimentary windows.

Fixed & Designer Fixed

CGI’s rectangular fixed hurricane windows are designed to match the sightlines of CGI’s casement and project-out hurricane windows. Once installed, these hurricane windows appear identical to the impact resistant casement and project-out windows when viewed from the outside. From the inside, the only noticeable difference is the lack of hardware or screens.

CGI’s designer fixed impact windows can be manufactured in a variety of different shapes and styles. If you need custom hurricane windows, CGI represent the highest quality available. All of CGI’s custom hurricane windows consist of a separate vent and frame, with sightlines that match all of CGI’s other CGI impact resistant products.

There are less expensive ways of manufacturing a fixed hurricane window, but they also produce a lower quality, less attractive final product.

Large Format Fixed

The series 410 fixed window is available in sizes up to 60 SQF with design pressures as high as +133/-210 PSF. The system is perfect for large punched openings in residential and commercial applications and has very clean look. The window has the appearance of a storefront system, yet it is factory glazed with an interior snap cover to cover the installation fasteners. The series 410 is available with insulated glass as well as CGI’s receptor buck system.

Horizontal Roller

The series 375 horizontal rolling window is available in sizes up to 111” x 76” (58.5 SQF) in two and three panel configurations with design pressures as high as +120 /-150 PSF. Each operating sash will come with a CGI pair of quad rollers (patent pending), which makes the window operate very smoothly.

Baldwin lock and hardware sets: Estate Entrances come with a proprietary patented 3 point locking system that has been custom developed to work with certain Baldwin door hardware. Baldwin offers inspired door hardware designs in highly crafted, rich finishes. The Baldwin door hardware is the start of a grand style that can be carried throughout the home with coordinating interior hardware, latches, and bath products. Swing Doors, Sidelites & Transoms

CGI doors are designed and fabricated with the same quality and precision as our windows. For example, our doors include our patented concealed three point lock system, which is superior to other multi-point lock systems. As with CGI’s windows, these doors offer top-of-the-line components such as Hager solid brass or stainless steel hinges, Baldwin solid brass locks and levers, multiple layers of weather-stripping and G. E. Silicone sealants. These heavy-gauge aluminum doors have sightlines only seen in wood doors. CGI doors have the look of wood, yet eliminate the maintenance, swelling and decay issues associated with wood doors.

CGI’s new Series 560 Sliding Glass Door maintains similar sightlines to the Series 450 French Doors and includes standard features not found in competitive products, such as MS S/S deadbolt hook lock, cast S/S keeper, tandem S/S rollers with precision bearings and an easy to install frame without complex trims or covers, providing an over-all clean design. Standard hardware finish will be Satin Nickel PVD and Dark Bronze (simulating Oil Rubbed Bronze).
