1000 Series Single Hung

Large and Small Missile Impact Single Hung Windows for use in residential and high rise applications. Heavy duty 3 1/8” deep aluminum frame assembled at each corner with three stainless steel fasteners. Vent frame has telescopic joints for additional strength and is assembled with two stainless steel fasteners at each joint.

Laminated glass provides superior UV protection and sound resistance in comparison to standard monolithic glass. Glass colors include; bronze, clear, blue or green.

2000 Series Horizontal Rollers

Large and Small Missile Impact Horizontal Roller Windows for use in residential and high rise applications. Tested and approved in accordance with Miami Dade and The Florida Building Code testing protocols FBC TAS 201, 202 and 203.

Stock colors are available in white or bronze powder coat as well as clear anodized for quick delivery. Custom colors and finishes are available on a unit by unit order. Stainless steel hardware fasteners are standard.

3000 Series Single Hung Picture Windows

Large and Small Missile Impact Picture Windows for use in residential and high rise applications. Wall thicknesses vary from 0.062” thru 0.093” at critical areas eliminating the need for steel reinforcement to meet loads. Colonial grid options include, flat over flat, decorative raised over flat or decorative raised over decorative raised.

Unlike tape glaze systems, IWC’s system provides superior adhesion performance because they are structurally glazed with Dow Corning 1199 or Dow Corning 995 Structural Silicone. Sides are weather-stripped with high fin seal to provide high air and water intrusion resistance.

4000 Series Casement Window System

IWC is proud to announce the addition of our new 4000 Series Casement Window. IWC has designed the new Casement Window to be installer friendly as well as aesthetically appealing. Our engineers have combined modern technology with Elegance. We have incorporated the finest hardware available including Egress hinging for safety as well as wash ability hinging options for exterior glass cleaning from the inside. Our new design includes a multipoint single lever locking mechanism for ease of operation without compromising strength.

7000 Series Window Wall System

IWC is proud to announce their new 7000 Series Window Wall System. The unique design has combined our 1000 Series Single Hung window and our 3000 Series Fixed Lite Picture window together in 1 unit thus eliminating the need for a mull bar between the 2 windows.

The Window Wall System was tested for both Large Missile and Small Missile Impact Resistance and are Dade County Product Control Approved. The Window Wall System can be configured to accommodate different sill heights to meet both Life Safety and Egress Codes.

IWC is in full production with new and innovative window products. Uniquely designed to be Installer friendly, we offer our new Single Hung 1000 Series, Horizontal Roller 2000 Series, Fixed Glass 3000 Series and the all new 7000 Window Wall series.

All products are available in Non-Impact, Large Missile Impact and Small Missile Impact to meet all your design pressure needs. Windows are available in white frames; bronze, clear anodized and custom colors are available upon request.
